This application is the result of 3 years research of EU project and utilizes a Deliberation Matrix paradigm. This matrix is a composite indicator presenting an array of judgments offered by stakeholders concerning viable alternatives. The perspectives are portrayed as decision scenarios which express distinct technological, economic, legal, and governmental information to managers.
